Before your production begins, we are there to develop your event concept from the start.  Our CAD artists can create 3D room renderings and floor plans to truly showcase your vision.  This goes beyond putting your seats on a diagram.  We truly create a picture of what your event will look like.

We can create graphic and video elements that fit in with your event brand, elevating production quality to help make your program stand out.  These range from speaker intros to sponsor callouts to award winner recognitions, as well as lower third graphic IDs and many other options.

As your event takes shape, our show management team will step up to guide you through the show creation process.  This includes creating production documents such as timelines, 

schedules, event scripts and run-of-show spreadsheets for onsite production crew.  When event day arrives, this show management team will execute the production, providing positions including show caller, producers, stage managers and talent liaisons.
