MATTHEW EIDEMILLER
President/Owner
Matthew Eidemiller’s leadership as the President and owner of CVW has been instrumental in positioning the company for continued expansion. His strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence have contributed to the organization’s success.
He has been serving as the company’s lead technical director and staff engineer since 2007. In 2010, Eidemiller was promoted to Vice President of Production, where he was responsible for managing the operations and logistics of all CVW’s productions, as well as budget preparation, invoicing, advanced client interaction, and show management. In late 2021, Eidemiller took over full ownership of CVW. Matthew now oversees the growth and direction of the company, while still maintaining his presence on event sites. He is steadfast in his commitment to providing clients with exceptional service and products, and is continuously pushing CVW to new heights.
Eidemiller graduated from Clarion University of PA in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Matthew resides in Bristow, VA with his wife and children.
SAMANTHA WOLBERT
Managing Director, Client Services
Samantha has been an essential member of the CVW Event Productions team since 2018, providing administrative support. Over time, she has become an integral part of the company and was appointed as Managing Director in December 2021. In this role, she collaborates closely with leadership to cultivate CVW’s long term vision, and works daily with staff to accomplish our company goals. She demonstrates a deep commitment to serving both CVW’s clients and team with great compassion and professionalism every day.
Samantha is highly skilled in producing and stage managing both in-person and virtual events, making her a valuable asset on site. Her true passion lies in giving her best to every event she is a part of.
Before joining CVW Event Productions, Samantha studied Mass Media Arts at Clarion University. Samantha, a Pennsylvania native, currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children.
JASON VAUGHN
Vice President, Business Development
As vice president of business development, Jason is responsible for maintaining client relationships and growing CVW’s business across platforms.
Vaughn joined CVW Event Productions as a senior event producer and engineer in June 2013. This was Jason’s second tour of duty with CVW as he also served as a lead producer, director and engineer from 2002-2006. In January 2020, Vaughn was promoted to Director of Business Development, launching a new role and set of responsibilities in the company. As his experience and success grew, he was again promoted in December 2021 to his current position of Vice President, Business Development. Jason’s technical specializations include multi-camera production, show management, and technical direction.
Jason graduated from Salisbury (State) University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts. Jason lives in Linthicum Heights, MD with his wife Aubrey, and their two children. He is a former college soccer player and avid Baltimore sports fan.
KYLE WOLFE
VISUAL DESIGNER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Kyle Wolfe began as Visual Designer at CVW Event Productions in 2023. He excels in creating captivating visual elements for all CVW productions and serves as an account executive and lead draftsman, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life.
Throughout his career, Kyle has thrived in diverse roles, including touring concert video engineer, lighting designer, project manager, automated service tech, and scenic carpenter. He continuously seeks new opportunities to incorporate creative ideas into events, fostering innovation and excellence.
Outside of work, Kyle is a passionate DIY enthusiast with interests in CNC technology, electronics, and robotics. Together with his wife Jennifer, he enjoys thrilling mountain biking adventures and challenging hikes in the great outdoors.
NICOLE WONG
Executive Assistant
Nicole Wong supports the executive team of CVW Event Productions with administrative duties, social media coordinating, and client relations. A graduate of the University of Toledo with Honors and a concentration in Media Communication, she began her career in live production over 20 years ago. As an award winning video editor and producer, she’s grateful to have professional experience that makes her uniquely qualified in her administrative role. Nicole is an avid reader who enjoys volunteering and relaxing with her family.
PETE DAVIS
SENIOR AUDIO TECHNICIAN / WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Pete has served as the Lead Audio Technician for CVW since 2017. He added Warehouse Manager to his duties in January 2023. He has 25+ years of experience in all aspects of the audio-visual industry. Davis has held similar positions with companies such as Event Tech, ESP and Baltimore Sound and Lighting. For the last 20 years Davis has focused on honing his skills in the audio production field both in the music and corporate fields. Pete currently lives in Martinsburg, WV.
LAYNE FULLER
Operations Manager, Logistics and Warehouse
Fuller, a cum laude graduate of the University of New Mexico, has worked as a freelancer for CVW since 2017. He joined CVW full-time in 2023, managing operations. He brings with him over 20 years of live event experience and a vast institutional knowledge of DC area venues. Layne has worked as a production manager, technical director, lighting designer, stage manager, and audio engineer. MIKE ZAPALOWICZ
Senior Technician
Mike joined CVW Event Productions in 2015 and brings 14 years of professional experience to the table. Mike has been trained in all aspects of CVW’s business but specializes in video production, projection, technical directing, engineering, and show management. Mike graduated from Frostburg State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Video Production. Prior to his time here at CVW Event Productions Mike worked for Ripken Baseball, overseeing the live production and TV and radio broadcasts of the Aberdeen IronBirds, minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles.
SARAH FABISZAK
Crewing Coordinator
A seasoned event technician, CVW relies on Sarah to manage our constant moving people and equipment. Sarah has served CVW Event Productions exclusively as an event technician and is excited to work with them once again in her new role. She graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Sound Design. She began her career in the audio production field but has since expanded to video and lighting as well. Sarah is CVW’s biggest animal lover, living on her farm in Berryville, VA with her many horses, chinchillas and other assorted animals.
ADAM HARRIS
SENIOR EDITOR / PRODUCER
Adam is a Senior Editor/Producer with over 15 years’ experience working with clients large and small. He earned his degree in Film and Video Studies from George Mason University where he specialized in Post Production. Before coming to CVW Event Productions, Adam worked for SAIC, the American College of Cardiology, the International Monetary Fund, Marriott International, and NASA to name a few. He’s dedicated to making sure every client gets the personalized attention they deserve, and their post-production needs are met. Adam resides in Frederick, MD with his wife Maureen, their daughter Eleanor, and their dogs Thor and Melody.
DEVON DILLA
Event Technician
Devon Dilla joined the CVW team in January, 2020 as a live event technician. A graduate of James Madison University, Devon has over 16 years of industry experience. The video side of production is his area of interest/expertise, with plenty of other experience in live sports and entertainment broadcast as a cameraman, replay operator and director. He is a huge sports fan, particularly the Washington Nationals and Pittsburgh Steelers. Devon lives in Berryville, Virginia with his wife, Maxine, and their cocker spaniel, Buster.
DANA LAUKHUF
BOOKKEEPER
Dana joined CVW Event Productions in 2020 to provide accounting support to the office. Previously Dana attended George Mason University and studied Political Science, International Relations. Since then she has worked for non profits and marketing companies helping them with their accounting procedures. In her free time Dana enjoys advocating for children with congenital heart disease and those who have down syndrome. Originally from Connecticut, Dana now resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children.
